If your Connect AED is showing up as Synced, this is a good sign. It means the device is communicating data back and forth between the device and the REALConnect Platform.
A Connect AED will show up as Unsynced on the REALConnect Platform if the device has not checked in for some time (~ 50 hours).
If a device is showing up as Unsynced, there are a few possible causes:
- The AED could be out of cell or Wi-Fi range
- There could be an internal issue with the device, or
- The device battery could be dead
