Can I get a notification if my Avive Connect AED is in use?

Yes. You can opt-in to receive an email or an SMS text notification when one of your AEDs is actively in use. 

To enable Incident notifications, navigate to the “Notification Preferences” section of your Profile page in REALConnect. From the Dashboard page, click your user name in the upper right corner and select “Profile” from the dropdown menu. Then, scroll down to the “Incidents” section of your “Notifications Preferences”. Check the box for either “Email” or “SMS,” depending on how you'd like to be notified if one of your AEDs is in use. 

Note: You will receive a notification once your AED(s)’s electrode pads have been placed on a patient, and the first rhythm analysis cycle has been completed.
