Press and hold the Power Button for 5 seconds.
If your device is completely unresponsive, with no Status Light blinking, no audio when the Power button is pressed or the Red Tab is pulled, and/or the Power Button is not backlit when pressed, there are a few possible causes:
- The AED may require charging
- The AED has been stored in an extremely cold or hot environment
- The AED has been damaged and is inoperable
If you have tried charging your device and moved it back to an environment that is within its operating range, contact Avive to resolve the issue.
