Only pull the Red Tab in an emergency.
If you pulled the Red Tab and it wasn't an emergency and the packaged pads were NOT opened, you will need to reinsert your Red Tab. Please call support at 1 (800) 489- 4428 for more instructions.
If the packaged electrode pads have been opened, the Pad Cartridge will need to be replaced. To order a replacement pad cartridge, click here.
