Steps to Enable PIN Code on Your Avive Connect AEDs From Your REALConnect Platform

1. Log into REALConnect at realconnect.avive.life. Click on “Organization Settings” in the bottom left corner of the page.
2. Click on the blue “Create PIN Code” button in the center of the dashboard.
3. Enter a unique 6 digit PIN Code and press “Save” to confirm.
4. To enable the PIN Code, your devices must sync with REALConnect. The PIN Code will be received during the Avive Connect AED's next nightly self test.

Confirming your PIN Code

To confirm your PIN Code is set up properly, attempt to change a setting on your Avive Connect AED device and confirm the PIN Code is prompted.

To view remotely, navigate to the AED List page from your REALConnect Dashboard and click on one of your AEDs. In the Device Settings module, you can see if the PIN Code setting is labeled “Enabled”, “Pending”, or “None.”
