What is Avive’s freight shipping policy? When is freight shipping used? How do I schedule freight delivery?

Any orders placed that exceed 150 pounds in total weight may not have shipping fees noted on your order confirmation as they may require freight shipping and will need Avive’s manual calculation. If you have a large order, think freight delivery may apply, or to schedule a freight delivery, please email us at support@avive.life or call 1 (800) 489-4428.

At the time your order is placed, we will work with you to determine if freight is necessary, and you will be able to confirm all details before an order is accepted.
