Where can I find my AED's prescription document?

On your REALConnect Platform.

Because an AED is a lifesaving medical device, it requires a prescription document. Each Avive Connect AED comes with a prescription document from an authorized physician which authenticates the sale. You can view your prescription document by logging into your REALConnect Platform. 

 On your REALConnect Platform, click on the "AEDs" tab in the column on the left side Menu. Select the AED you’d like to access the prescription document for. On the AED’s page, there is a module in the bottom right-hand corner of the page titled “Documents.” Click “View” to open the prescription document for your device.
