You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.

Once your Avive Connect AED ships, you will also receive a welcome email prompting you to create an account on our REALConnect Platform, an online AED management platform. Follow the link provided in the email to set up an account and update any information relating to your device(s) location. You can also assign device managers and responders from the platform.
