I’m not getting SMS Device Alerts, but my settings in REALConnect are configured correctly.

If you are not receiving Nearby Emergency SMS Alerts but believe your settings are configured properly, your phone could be blocking one of the numbers Avive uses to send the SMS alerts. 

To troubleshoot, text UNSTOP to (650) 661-0320 or (628) 432-1011. If you texted STOP to pause Nearby Emergency SMS Alerts at any time, this could be preventing you from receiving future SMS alerts. Text UNSTOP to one of the numbers above to initiate them again.
