How do I enable Nearby Emergency SMS Alerts for my Avive Connect AED(s)?

To enable or update your Nearby Emergency SMS Device Alert settings, log in to your REALConnect account at realconnect.avive.life. 

Navigate to your Profile by clicking on your name in the top right corner. To enable text message notifications when an AED in your fleet receives a Nearby Emergency Alert, first make sure you have a cell phone number entered. Then, select the Device Alerts checkbox. Finally, click Save in the top right corner.
