How can I access cardiac arrest event data from my AED in REALConnect?

1. Navigate to the Incidents Detail Page in REALConnect to view a list of your Organization's Incidents.
   
   
2. Click into an Incident from the list to view a snapshot of the event.
   
   
3. To download the full Incident Report, select the "Download Full Incident Report" button in the top right. Your report will automatically download as a PDF document.

Your Organization's most recent Incidents will be displayed at the top of the Incidents Detail Page, and you can also search for older Incident Reports using the Incident ID displayed on your device's screen after it is used, by AED Name or by the AED's serial number. 

Only users with Administrator permissions can view and download all Incident Reports from a REALConnect Organization. Users with Manager permissions can view and download Incident Reports for AEDs that they are assigned.
