If your AED is showing “Setup Needed” in your REALConnect Platform, this means that your device needs to be Initialized, or set up. To do this, you will need to take it out of Shipping Mode and set up the device to ensure it is functioning properly and connected.
Simply press the Power Button on the top of your device to do this.
