What is my Avive Connect AED's serial number?

The 10-digit serial number of your device can be located by looking on the back of your device inside the ‘window’. 

You may also access your serial number on-screen by navigating to Your Device > Device Details > Device Information on your Avive Connect AED. 

Finally, you can remotely access the serial number for any Avive Connect AED in your REALConnect organization by selecting your AED from the AEDs detail page in your REALConnect Dashboard. Then, scroll down and find the serial number listed under the "Product" section.
