Refresh Location
The Refresh Location feature allows you to request the most current location of your Avive Connect AED remotely through REALConnect.
After pressing the Refresh Location button in REALConnect, your device will send its updated location to REALConnect once. It may take a few minutes for the location to update if your device is in High Power Mode.
Lost mode
Lost Mode is a unique feature which helps you locate your device if it has been moved from its permanent location, if you believe it was stolen, or when you simply cannot find it. When toggled ON in REALConnect, Lost Mode prompts your device to turn on and share its current location with REALConnect continuously for a period of time.
The Lost Mode functionality is limited for devices in Low Power Mode, and works best for devices in High Power Mode. If your device’s battery is depleted or if it is out of cell or Wi-Fi range, Lost Mode will not be able to report the device’s most updated location.
