How do I turn on QuickRescue for my Avive Connect AED(s)?

QuickRescue is a feature that must be enabled in your REALConnect Platform. By default, QuickRescue is disabled, so you must opt-in to it by enabling it in your REALConnect Platform. 

To enable QuickRescue for all Avive Connect AEDs in your fleet:

1. Log into your REALConnect Account at realconnect.avive.life
2. Click on the Organization Settings page in the bottom left corner of the Dashboard
3. Scroll down to the QuickRescue section and click the blue button, “Enable QuickRescue”
4. Before you can enable QuickRescue, you will be prompted to verify the Organization Phone Number is correct.

QuickRescue can only be enabled or disabled by Administrators at the Organization level, impacting all devices within your REALConnect fleet.
