How can I tell if QuickRescue is turned on or off for my Avive Connect AED?

Log in to your REALConnect Platform and navigate to the Organization Settings Page to see if QuickRescue is enabled for your REALConnect organization.

Alternatively, navigate to the AED Detail Page. In the Device Settings module, you will see the status of QuickRescue listed as either “Disabled” or “Enabled: Notify 911.”
