Partially Synced: Reference Code C02 indicates that your Avive AED has not properly synced with REALConnect. Common reasons include devices with poor Wi-Fi or Cellular connectivity, or devices with a depleted screen and connectivity battery.

Plug in your device with a wall charger and confirm that it is charging. You should see your screen turn on.

If you see a low battery warning on your device, please allow your device to charge for 30 minutes before continuing.You must see the charging icon on your screen in order to continue with troubleshooting.
- Navigate to the Settings menu on your device's screen and press Reboot System.
- Once the device screen reboots, wait ~2 minutes for Wi-Fi and/or Cellular to connect.
- Press and hold the Power Button on the top of the AED for at least 7 seconds to prompt a Status Check. Your AED should audibly announce its software version number, health state, and display this information on the screen. If you hear the status information but do not see the information visually on the screen, contact Avive Customer Support.
- Navigate to the Your Device menu on your screen and press the Sync Now button.
You should see your device update in REALConnect once you refresh the page. If you do not see your AED’s status update in REALConnect, please contact Avive Customer Support by calling 1 (800) 489 -4428.
