The Reference Code C01 indicates there may be an issue with your device's connection to RealConnect. This error may resolve itself with time as it performs a self-test each night.
Please note that if the Status Light on your device is still blinking green, your AED is fully functional and ready to save a life. Reference Code C01 may resolve after your device performs its nightly self-test.
To troubleshoot now, please review the steps below:
- Navigate to the Settings menu on your device’s screen and press Standby.
- Wait a few minutes for the screen to fully power off.

Remove the Pad Cartridge and wait ~1 minute.

Reinsert the Pad Cartridge. The screen will turn on when the Pad Cartridge is reinserted.
- Navigate to the Settings menu on your device’s screen and press Reboot System.
