How can I pay an outstanding bill?

If you believe that you have an outstanding invoice, please contact us at orders@avive.life or 800-489-4428.

We can send you a copy of your invoice, payable by credit card, check, ACH, wire transfer, or we can take payment over the phone. Your invoice contains remittance information. Please make sure to include a copy of your invoice number on any checks you send to help expedite your order.
