How do I assign a Primary Contact to an AED?

Administrators or Managers can be assigned as a Primary Contact to an AED in the REALConnect Platform. A Primary Contact’s info will display on the Return Device screen after an AED has been used. 

To assign a Primary Contact to an AED, click on the “AEDs” tab on the left side column of your REALConnect™  Platform dashboard. Click on the name of the AED you want to assign a Primary Contact to, and then click Edit in the top right corner of the AED’s page. From there, you can enter in the Primary Contact’s name and assign Labels.
