How do I edit my AED details?

To edit the details of an existing AED, click on the “AEDs” tab in the column on the left side of your REALConnect™ Platform. 

Click on the name of the AED you'd like to update and then choose the "Edit" button in the top right-hand corner. Depending on your permissions, you will have the opportunity to edit various aspects of your Avive Connect AED™ device. 

 Account Administrators will have the option to edit AED Details for any device within their organization. Managers will have the ability to view and edit AED Details of the AEDs associated to the location for which they are assigned.
