Your AED should sync with your REALConnect account during its initialization process. Once your Avive Connect AED is fully initialized and connects to either Wi-Fi or Cellular, it should be associated with your online REALConnect account.
To login to your account, first make sure your account is activated. Once your order ships out, you should receive an account activation email from our support team, from the sender noreply@avive.life. (If you can’t find the email with the activation link, search for an email from sender noreply@avive.life. If you still can’t find it, email support@avive.life and we will resend it to you.)
Then, login to your REALConnect account at realconnect.avive.life.
When you login for the first time, select your Organization from the list page to access your Dashboard. On the Dashboard page, you should see all the AEDs assigned to your account. AEDs that are healthy and connected to REALConnect will appear on your Map View and display as "Emergency Ready" Device State. AEDs that have not yet been initialized (step 1 here) will appear in a "Setup Needed" Device State and you will not see them on the Map View.
To reset your password, select "Forgot Password" on the REALConnect Platform login page, here.
Once you click "Forgot Password," you will be prompted to enter your email address.
You'll receive an email in your inbox with a link to reset your password. Once you do this, return to the main login page and login with your new credentials.
To change the email associated with your REALConnect account:
- Navigate to the Users Detail page in your REALConnect Platform.
- Click Add User, enter the new email address you wish to use, and click Save.
- You will receive an email with an invitation to access your REALConnect account at the new email address you added.
- Accept the invitation, activate your account, and set a password.
- Log in and navigate back to the Users Detail page.
- Select the User name associated with your old email address and select Remove User from Organization. This will prevent notifications or account health emails from being sent to the original email address.
