Lost Mode is a unique feature which enables you to locate your device if it has been removed from its permanent location, if you believe it was stolen, or if you simply cannot locate it.
When enabled, Lost Mode forces your device to turn on and check its location. It will then report its location back to the cloud and you will be able to view it on your REALConnect Platform.
Lost Mode can only be enabled by people with the appropriate user permissions. Therefore, if you are not an account Administrator or Manager, you will not be able to put a device in Lost Mode.

Please note: If the device’s battery is fully dead, Lost Mode will not work.
