How do I assign a Primary Contact to an AED?

Administrators or Managers can be assigned as a Primary Contact to an AED in the REALConnect Platform. A Primary Contact’s info will display on the Return Device screen after an AED has been used.

To assign a Primary Contact to an AED, click on the “AEDs” tab on the left side column of your REALConnect Platform dashboard. Click on the name of the AED you want to assign a Primary Contact to, and then click Edit in the top right corner of the AED’s page. From there, you can enter in the Primary Contact’s name and assign Labels.
