If you see your Avive Connect AED displaying an error code in REALConnect, you may need to perform a few manual steps on your device to resolve the Issue. You may be seeing these error codes in REALConnect if your device has poor Wi-Fi or Cellular connection, or if the Connectivity Battery is depleted.
Please note, if the Status Light on your device is still blinking green, your AED is fully functional and ready to save a life. Error C01 and Error C02 may resolve after your device performs its nightly self-test.
