All Possible Issue Types:
- Used, Expired, or Invalid Pads - Your device has a previously used, expired, or invalid Avive AED Pad Cartridge installed. Replace the Pad Cartridge to be Emergency Ready.
- No Pads - Your device does not have any Avive AED Pad Cartridge installed. Install a Pad Cartridge to be Emergency Ready.
- AED Battery Low - Your device’s lifesaving AED battery is low. Charge the device to be Emergency Ready.
- Connectivity Battery Depleted - Your device’s Screen & Connectivity battery is depleted. Charge the device in order to re-connect with REALConnect and regain screen power on your device.
- Temperature Warning - Your AED is outside of its optimal operating temperature range.
- AED Failed Self-Test - Your AED has detected an error during a self-test. Perform these troubleshooting steps to be Emergency Ready.
- Error – Your device has detected an error. Perform the appropriate troubleshooting steps to be Emergency Ready.
All Possible Upcoming Issues:
- Connectivity Battery Depleting Soon - The battery that powers the Screen and Internet Connectivity services is low, and the device should be charged to ensure the screen remains active and the device stays connected to REALConnect. Your lifesaving AED battery is in good health and the device remains Emergency Ready.
- Pads Expiring Soon - Your Avive AED Pad Cartridge is expiring within 60 days.
