How do I use Labels?
Labels are a useful way to organize information in your REALConnect™ Platform. A Label is essentially a tag you can create to provide contextual information. Labels can be applied to AEDs and Locations.
Only Administrators can create and edit Labels in the REALConnect Platform although Labels are visible to both Administrators and to Managers (for the locations they are assigned). Both Administrators and Managers can assign Labels to AEDs and Locations.
When creating a new label, your screen will look like the below.
