What reports can I download from my REALConnect account?

There are two types of reports you can export from REALConnect - reports related to the Avive Connect AED(s) and the Users in your account. These are referred to as AED Summary Reports and User Summary Reports, respectively. 

AED Summary Reports: 

To download a report with details regarding the Avive Connect AEDs in your fleet, navigate to the AED List Page in REALConnect by clicking the “AEDs” tab on the left. 

On this page, clicking the "Generate Report" button will send a CSV file to your email, which contains the following information for your devices: 

  • AED Name

  • Health State (Healthy, Unhealthy, At Risk, or Unknown)

  • Labels (AED labels only)

  • Primary Contact

  • Primary Contact Email

  • Assigned Location

  • AED Serial Number

  • AED Software Version

  • Connectivity Software Version

  • Connection Type (Cellular vs. Wi-Fi)

  • Power Mode (Low vs. High)

  • Nearby Emergency Alerts (Enabled or Disabled)

  • Pad Expiration Date

  • Active Health Issues

User Summary Reports: 


To download a report that includes details of the Users in your REALConnect Organization, navigate to the User List Page in REALConnect by clicking the “Users” tab on the left. 

On this page, clicking the "Generate Report" button will send a CSV file to your email, which contains the following health status information for each of your users: 

  • User Name

  • User Role (Administrator, Manager, Responder) 

  • User Status (Active vs. Inactive) 

  • User Email 

  • User Phone 

If you have trouble generating reports from REALConnect, first make sure that the email address in your Profile page is correct, and that the email is not going to spam.
