If you pulled the Red Tab and it wasn't an emergency and the packaged pads were NOT opened, you can reinsert your Red Tab. Please call support at 1 (800) 489- 4428 for tips and some instructions.
If the foil seal on the electrode pads have been opened, the Pad Cartridge will need to be replaced. To order a replacement pad cartridge, click here.
Only pull the Red Tab on your Avive AED Pad Cartridge during an emergency.
