Do I need to set up a REALConnect account?

Be sure to activate your REALConnect account for device tracking, extended product warranty, and to access the full benefits of the Avive's REALConnect Services. 

Once you purchase an Avive Connect AED, you will receive an email prompting you to activate your account. Follow the link in the email to do so. If you are having trouble logging in, please reach out to us by emailing support@avive.life or giving us a call 1(800) 489-4428.
