To change the email associated with your REALConnect account:
- Navigate to the Users Detail page in your REALConnect Platform.
- Click Add User, enter the new email address you wish to use, and click Save.
- You will receive an email with an invitation to access your REALConnect account at the new email address you added.
- Accept the invitation, activate your account, and set a password.
- Log in and navigate back to the Users Detail page.
- Select the User name associated with your old email address and select Remove User from Organization. This will prevent notifications or account health emails from being sent to the original email address.
If you are a REALConnect User assigned to many AEDs and/or Locations and do not want to manually reassign yourself to AEDs and/or Locations, contact support@avive.life or call 1 (800) 489 -4428 for assistance changing your email address.
