If your Avive Connect AED’s screen is not turning on, please perform the following troubleshooting steps.
- First, press the black Display Button on the front of the device to turn on the screen.

If the screen does not turn on, plug your device into a charger for at least 5 minutes, then press the black Display Button on the front of the device again. Confirm the Status Light is blinking once every second. More information here.

If the screen still does not turn on, keep your device plugged into the charger and perform a status check–press and hold the Power Button on the top of the device for at least 7 seconds. The device will visually and audibly tell you the current software version and status. The device should visually and audibly tell you the current software version and status. If the device audibly tells you this information but does not display it on the screen, contact Avive Customer Support.
- If the screen still does not turn on, press and hold the black Display Button on the front of the device for 5 seconds.
- If the screen still does not turn on, charge for at least 30 minutes. Confirm the Status Light is blinking once every second or double blinking. More information here. Then press and hold the black Display Button on the front of the device for 10 seconds.
- If the screen still does not turn on, please contact Avive Customer Support using one of the methods below.
