Even if your subscription to Avive’s REALConnect Services is inactive, you can still access Incident Reports in the event that your Avive Connect AED(s) is used.
To do so:
- Ensure that your Avive Connect AED is connected to a Wi-Fi network. Incident data upload will not occur over cellular communication if your REALConnect Services subscription is inactive.
- On the screen of your device, navigate to Your Device > Use History and click on the date of the incident to retrieve the Incident ID from the event.
- Go to Avive’s Incident Report viewer at avive.life/event-data and type in the Incident ID to view and download the full Incident Report from your device.
- If you do not see the Incident Report after entering the Incident ID, first check to confirm that the Incident ID has been entered correctly. Then, on your Avive Connect AED navigate to Your Device and click the Sync Now button.
