When you reactivate your REALConnect Services, the connectivity services for each of your devices will resume within 2 business days, and remote monitoring through your REALConnect platform will become available to you. Your Avive Connect AEDs will also be eligible to receive any remote software updates that became available during the lapse in coverage.
Please allow for up to 5 business days for the information displayed in your REALConnect account to update as your Avive Connect AEDs start to communicate and re-sync with the platform.
