If your REALConnect Services renewal date has passed, you can still reactivate your subscription at any time in one of two ways.
- Log in to your REALConnect account at realconnect.avive.life and securely enter your credit card information to pay your renewal fee.
- Call Avive’s Customer Support team at (800) 489- 4428 and work with a Customer Support representative to reactivate your account.
*Please note: when your REALConnect Services are reactivated, the information displayed in your REALConnect account will likely be out of date since your Avive Connect AEDs will NOT have synced with the platform for an extended period of time. Please allow for up to 5 business days for the information displayed in your REALConnect account to update.
