To learn the date(s) that your REALConnect subscription is set to renew, please reach out to Avive’s Customer Support team by calling (800) 489 – 4428 or emailing support@avive.life.

If you cannot view your Avive Connect AEDs in your REALConnect account when you visit realconnect.avive.life, your subscription has lapsed and payment is due before you can access your platform.
